Cale, Fosdyck, McDaniel, Kirkpatrick and Harward Winners on Cantril Feed and Grain Night at Bloomfield

For the third time in 8 days the Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway would return back to racing with Cantril Feed and Grain from Cantril Night at the races. The Taylor Automotive Stock Cars would also have a out of the car introductions along with a quick six dash.

First feature of the night was Karr Collison Center Modified feature and before a single lap would be completed there would be yellow forcing a straight up restart. Tyler Cale from Donnellson would start row three but by the time he exited turn 2, Cale was the leader. Cale would end up taking the win despite 3 other race cautions because he would have great restarts. "Hollywood" Brandon Banks would finish 2nd and Toby Vandekamp was 3rd.

In the Kirkland Automotive Hobby Stock feature it was Nick Ulin taking the early lead but Rocky Fosdyck would take the lead on lap 5. Shortly after the yellow would come out for debris in turn 1. Fosdyck would have a great restart and start to pull away but then the caution would come again on lap 9. Fosdyck wouldn't let that bother him as he would go on and take the win. Tim Dawson was 2nd and Danny Thrasher was 3rd.

The Quick Six Dash would be won by Tyler McClure with Beau Taylor finishing in 2nd. Todd Reitzler, Jason Cook, Phil McClure and Todd Phillips would round out the finishing order.

Mike's Tire and Alignment SportMod feature would see Brandon Ruffcorn take the lead but just after 1 lap was completed the caution would come out. Ruffcorn would get a great restart this time and look to be pulling away but the caution would fly again on lap 9. This time Ruffcorn would have to start to deal with "Mighty Mouse" Jason McDaniel. Ruffcorn would get the great restart but McDaniel would begin to try a different line and chase down Ruffcorn when the next race caution came out on lap 14. Ruffcorn and McDaniel would begin to battle but then the caution came out again just after the white flag. Because of Green-White-Checkered finish on the restart it was McDaniel taking the lead from Ruffcorn and after that lap was scored the caution came out again meaning we would have deal with another attempt but McDaniel wouldn't let that bother him as he would take the win. Ruffcorn settled for 2nd and Carter Vandenberg was 3rd.

Kollision Korner Sport Compacts feature would see Kevin Kirkpatrick take the early race lead. Kirkpatrick would start to pull away but the first caution would come out on lap 4. Kirkpatrick would have a great restart but would bobble a little bit opening up the door for Travis Tedrow to get by and take the lead. Tedrow would remain in the lead until he experience and lose parts on the race track forcing the caution to come on lap 11. Kirkpatrick would inherit the lead and go on and take the win. Kassidy Kirkpatrick would finish 2nd and David Probasco wsa 3rd.

Final feature of the night was Taylor Automotive Stock Cars feature and it was Todd Phillips leading lap 1, however Mike Harward would take the lead away on lap 2 and not look back despite a couple of cautions on lap 2 and then a sole caution on lap 11. Harward would take the win but Louis Lynch, who was trying to chase down Harward would finish a close 2nd. Todd Reitzler would come home in the 3rd spot.

Racing continues next saturday night at the Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway with Women and Men's Healthcare Clinic/Family Planning of Ottumwa. Hot Laps at 6 pm and Racing to Follow.
