Final car count for the night was One Hundred and Nineteen cars signed in to race at the Brooklyn Raceway plus at Intermission, the youngsters aged three to six years old took to the track for power wheel races. Each youngster that participated in the power wheel races also received a participation medal. With all the racing action on Sunday Night, the final checkered flag flew at 11:07pm.
First feature of the night was the 20 lap Micro Sprints feature event. Travis Rewerts wrestled the race lead from Tyler Lee in the early part of the race. Lee did not go away as Lee was able to take over the top spot from Rewerts on lap seven. Lee led until lap 14 when Joe Dent was able to take over the race lead. The caution came out on lap 16 when Lee spun in turn four. Dent led the remaining laps and held off Rewerts to take the win. Rewerts was second, Alex Vandervoort was third, Dallas Darnell was fourth and Morgan Dennis was fifth.
Because of Car count, the Front Wheel Drive was split into 2 feature events. Front Wheel Drive Feature Number 1 saw Danny Robinson lead the first two laps before Mark Smith took the top spot away on lap three. Smith held off Robinson and Crabill until the caution came out on lap six for Colton Arment and Robinson got together in turn four. Smith held off Crabill to go on to take his first career feature win. Crabill finished second ahead of Tony Audas, Jody Kingery and Hier.
Front Wheel Drive Feature Number 2 saw Dalton Sowers lead all twelve laps to take his first win at the Brooklyn Raceway in 2020. Steven Fenton grabbed second on lap three from John Schuring. Schuring finished in third, Jeremy Williams was fourth and Hailey Morse was fifth.
Brandan Long wrestled the lead early in the twelve lap Hobby Stock feature event from fellow front row starter Kevin LeBeau. Jacob Lehman grabbed second away from LeBeau on lap three. Long and Lehman began a battle for the race lead just like they are doing in the point race until a caution came out on lap ten. The caution on lap ten was for Keaton Gorden spinining to avoid the lap car of John Schuring and then Bruce Kline made contact. Long held off Lehman on the restart to take his thrid win of the year in Brooklyn. Lehman, LeBeau, Gorden and Garrett Croy rounded out the top five.
In the Trucks Figure 8 twelve lap feature event, Tim McKee and Dave "Tiny" Sellers battled for the race lead before McKee took it over. McKee pulled away to take the easy win. Mark Ruggles wrestled the second spot away on the final lap from Sellers. Sellers finished third with Michelle Keasling finishing fourth.
Junior Front Wheel Drive eight lap feature event saw Zachary Cleghorn lead lap one before Aubrey McKasson was able to wrestle the lead away. McKasson held off Cleghorn to go on and take the win. Cleghorn, Addasyn Spain, Austin Albertson and Blaine Kriegel finished second through fifth respectively.
Two Man Cruisers had enough cars to have two seperate feature events just like the FWD class. In Cruisers feature one, James Tarter / Britton Brickman jumped out to the race lead after fending off Zach Lewis / Eddy Johnson early. Tarter / Brickman held off Lewis / Johnson and then Laverne Lehman / Jacob Lehman. Tarter / Brickman was not going to let the late race lap traffic deny them the feature win. Lehman / Lehman, Lewis / Johnson, Danielle Kline / Bruce Kline and Steven Milton / Riley Cope rounded out the top five.
Before a lap was scored in Cruisers feature two, the caution came out for Alex Kline / Preston Kline in turn two when the rear axle broke in turn two. On the restart, Corey Vanderwilt / Brett Maasdam grabbed the race lead early and then the caution came out on lap two, Branden Stoddard / Mark Ruggles stopped in turn four. Vanderwilt / Maasdam continued to lead until lap six when another caution came out. The caution on lap six was for Brady Ringler / Lane LaRue in turn four. On lap seven, Vanderwilt / Maasdam got sideways in turn two and the call was made that Brandan Long / Brandon Tjaden made contact so they received the black flag for questionable driving. That gave the official lead over to Mark Schuring / Jerret Utterback and they would go on to take the feature win. Austin Schuring / Ray Hill finished a close second, Wyatt Clabaugh / Chad Clabaugh was third, Jacob Anderson / Tyler Shuttleworth was fourth and Vanderwilt / Maasdam was fifth.
"Farmer" Lane Leerhoff led the first two laps for the 12 lap Stock Figure 8 feature event before a caution came out when Wyatt Clabaugh and Dan Arnett got together in turn one. Blake Stevens took the race lead away on the restart and lead until Jerome Kline took the race lead away on lap seven. Stevens fell back and then brought out the caution on lap nine. Stevens made contact with Marvin Housley II in the middle of the figure 8, ending both of their nights. Jerome Kline held off Mike Vandermolen to go on and take the feature win. Vandermolen was second, Ashton Hartwig was third, Wyatt Clabaugh was fourth and Josh Albertson was fifth.
Casey McKasson wrestled the early race lead in the Open Figure 8 twelve lap feature event. Just after the caution came out on lap one for Jacob Lehman in turn four amd Nic Runyan in turn two. McKasson held of John Watts and Duane Zander on the restart but Watts refused to go away. Watts took the race lead away on lap five and went on to take the feature win. Jerrod Thompson took second away from McKasson on lap eight and McKasson ended up pulling off with two to go. Finishing behind Watts and Thompson was Ted Armstrong, Jacob Lehman and Duane Zander.
Final feature of the night was the twelve lap Pro-Stock Figure 8 feature event but before a lap was scored the caution came out for Zach Lewis in turn two. Bradly Graham led the first lap before Butch Lester took over the race lead on lap two. Lester looked to be heading on to the win until Ed Johnson took the race lead away on lap 11. Johnson took the win ahead of Trenton Witt, Lester, Colton Wersinger and Justin Wedeking.
